Hi. First things first. I have a Geforce GTX 950, an Intel I Core I5 with 4 cores and a 8GB RAM. I Stream with Nvenc, a Bitrate of 4000. If its Helpful, my Ping is 9ms , download Speed is 248.29 and Upload 35.98 (Ussualy Higher) Now. When i Stream "Rainbow Six Siege" on Twitch i get "Micro Lags" and Rubber Banding. A guy before Told me my Graphics Card is to Weak. Is there a Solution or do i have to Buy a New Graphics Card. What else should i Consider? Thanks!
