Lagging / crashing

Im trying to start recording more videos for my youtube channel so it can grow but the only software I know to record lags and crashes game's such as Minecraft, osu. I've tried multiple things on the net and another problem is that I'm not sure how to change my CPU for obs which is said to be a problem on my obs. Another problem is the amount of frame drops and lag I experience while recording, if anyone could help I would be quite thankful.

by the way I'm talking about recording.

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

disable this in windows

deinstall it the defender make the same job

update obs to the latest version

look that the windows energy saving settings are set to High Performance
