Question / Help Lagging a lil to much, unsure what to do

so im lagging a bit when i stream, lil more than I use to, and I am new to streaming with OBS, wondering if i could get a hand. This is the last log file

describe your "lagging" ingame lags, frame lags, ping lags

If it's lag as in it's effecting your game, then this is undoubtedly the cause:
02:53:01: width: 1920, height: 1080
02:53:01: preset: faster

Change the preset back to 'veryfast' if that's the case.

I'm just getting some skipping both in the game, and on the stream, and my ping just goes all over the place at random points*

Ping? As in multiplayer game? You should consider using "minimize network impact" in broadcast settings.
