Question / Help Lagg on twitch but in game and in obs preview is everything ok

Hi guys!
Why when I use obs to live stream in game is everything ok ( and in obs preview) , and when i go to see my live stream or my videos they lagg?
In game is everything ok, it's works 100% but when i go to see on twitch my live transmision is lagg? What can i do? Please... i search today more than 5 hours for this problem...

Saying it lags isn't really specific enough for much help.

Are you talking about dropping frames or a delay or what?
