I used ROBLOX to stream at a tiny place at 17 FPS with 1.50 Resolution and 16 Samples, half detail. My specs are 2 Ghz quad core and AMD integreated Grahpics. It shouldn't be a problem though considering I have the lastest drivers and on a 50 Megabityes Per Second FiOS internet. Lowered Max Bitrate already can anyone help?
