Question / Help Lag with Minecraft?

The problem i am having is when im streaming minecraft with obs it seems to dip my frame-rate below 40 fps ( i usually play on 300+). Is there any fix to this???? Seems to be a constant spiking issue.

Pc Specs:

Cpu: AMD FX 8320
RAM: Crucial Ballistic Sport 8GB 1600
Hard Drive: Seagate Barracuda 1TB drive
GPU: MSI 7850 Oc edition

OBS seems to be handling your settings fine.
go back to a baseline veryfast and resuce webcam to no more than your stream resolution.

Also, disable OBS preview windows to see if that helps.
