Question / Help Lag with 2 monitors

Spec: i7-4770k, gtx 980ti, asus rog swift and 60 hz monitor.
After i connected the 60 hz monitor to hdmi to watch twitch chat i can't broadcast.
What happend is, when ingame and i push hotkeys for "start broadcast" the games hang and start lagging so i can't play.
If i disconnect the 60 hz monitor i can broadcast well.
So what can i do? And how can i watch twitch chat on another monitor without using another pc to watch Twitch?

More info.

If i in Nvidia control panel click on only 1 monitor so i use just my Asus rog swift monitor and ingame push my hotkeys for "start streaming" it works perfect.

This is newest logfil.
I had 60hz monitor, no.2 activated in Nvidia control panel and when i push hotkey for stream the game almost stop and it was like 1 frame pr.5 seconds.
Impossibly to play.

Don't use monitor capture to capture games, use game capture.

Exuse me. What capture?
Can you explaine what you mean with monitor capture and game capture when i start OBS streaming?
I am not capture with other programs, if that what you mean.

Found the video and set it up with game capture, but this got even worse.
I didn't do it right, i quess.

Edit: So i analysed the logfile and there is 2 problems.
The first problem, i have no other programs running, just chrome with twitch on the 2 monitor and obs.
The second problem is resolution. I don't think thats the problem. When im using 1 monitor the stream is smooth and fine.
Why would the game lagging when i have obs running on the 2 monitor when its fine with the first monitor?
The first monitor is Asus rog swift, 2550x1440 120hz and the 2 monitor is 1920x1080 60hz.
OK. i try run the game in 1920x1080 and come back with the result.

So, i run the game in 1920x1080 and its lagging and is unplayable.
It is the game that's lagging when i start streaming.
I just don't get this.

Ok, i found it.
Asus rog swift have gsync and the other not so i had to turn of gsync.
But this only conflict with obs, as far as i know.
it's only if i start stream its a problem.
It does not conflict with games if i dont start obs.
I hope this is something you can fix or have a solution for me for i want to use gsync ofcourse. :)

Gsync is not something OBS can support i believe.
