Question / Help Lag while recording...

Hi all,

Whenever I try to record a game the video comes out either laggy or is frozen. I've changed my settings and fiddled with things, but I honestly don't have much of an idea of what i'm doing. Any help at all would be appreciated.

5000bitrate is to high for twitch. and you probably have other settings that need to be tweaked as well.

by the way, I said link me to it, not copy the txt :P

its fine,

your CPU is to slow to do 1050p 30fps. downscale it to 525p or something lower or use the VCE fork of OBS with AMD VCE support to take the pressure off your CPU. you should be able to do 1050p @ 30fps with VCE.
