Question / Help lag when starting stream

Sorry for my bad english, i don't speak english well, but i hope you understand me.

I have lag in game (Cs:go) when i start stream.
i have 100 fps when i start, but i see in "pictures"

My PC :
processor - i5 2500k
Ram : 4 gb dd3
video : Nvidia GT 630 2 GB

Make sure not to use the "-threads or -high" launch options in CS:GO which will cause issues with process priority with streaming. your CPU might not be up to the task to run CS:GO with these settings along with streaming.

you will also need to definitely enable Aero as that will help a lot with game capture.
