Question / Help lag when game moving,high cpu encoding, 0kb/s

hello! i am glad to use OBS.so here's the thing,i always use OBS to record video and it work fine.BUT when i wanna stream a game (league of legends) all i can say is good when you are in the game menu..BUT after the game started,it begin to lag(in the video) and the video's quality are totally suck (like a broken glass) when the game is moving..anyone can help me? all i want is stream without lag for viewers and the video is clear when in the game. THANKS for the help!

Tone down your Settings.

Your CPU is a lower Wattage CPU and also only a hyperthreaded Dualcore.

540p30 on super or ultrafast Preset should be doable though.
