Question / Help Lag Spikes In-Game During LoL

Fully realizing this has been talked about before (as I have read multiple posts from past to present from multiple sites) I am lost and greatly need some assistance. After trying several "fixes" I have still been having an issue with in-game lag spikes while streaming. My computer specs are below:

Intel i7 4770 (etc.)
Windows 8 64-bit
Ram: 8GB
Nvidia Geforce GTX770
Nvidia Geforce GTX770
Samsung SSD 250GB
Samsung SSD 250GB

I can give you whatever other information you may need, but my obs settings are set to the "defaults" or at least the settings described on: http://help.twitch.tv/customer/portal/articles/1262922-open-broadcaster-software

If it helps... we're not talking 1/2 - 1 second lag spikes. We're talking about 3-4 second lag spikes. Otherwise I wouldn't let it bother me.

I assume you mean actual latency issues in the game, not FPS drops/freezes? Try enabling the "Minimize network impact" option under Settings > Broadcast Settings.

You are correct. (and) I have had that enabled since I started using obs :D but the problem still exists.
