Lag problems (I'm probably just stupid tho)

In game, there's no lag at all; in OBS studio, while I'm recording, it gets a little choppy; but when I'm playing the recording back (VLC), it's at like 0.2 fps. Please please help. I'm new to this, too, so please explain it too me like I'm 5.

Once I figure out how to get the OBS logs, I will put them here. (This is a recurring issue)

Found the logs. I played around with my settings a bit, so the last one is... better. Still not great, but better.
