Question / Help Lag Over Time?

So, i've set up my stream it has low frame rate and all the things i need dew to the fact that my internet pretty much sucks.
I can stream perfectly for about 40 minutes without any kind of lag or anything.
But after the 40 minutes mark i start lagging like crazy. Has anyone had this problem? any advice?

Lagging like crazy, meaning the stream lags? Does it buffer, or do you drop frames?
