Question / Help Lag issues

Hi, I'm new to OBS, and I recently just got it. I tried recording Minecraft, but it turns out kind of low quality, and with quite a bit of lag in the recording (.mov). My bitrate is 2500kb and (I don't know if this is helpfuI) still have about 26gb left on my mac. Please help, thank you. Oh yeah btw I can't find "game capture" in my source options.

Nevermind, I fixed the lag, but I still can't find how to increase my quality. Does the bitrate have anything to do with this

Yes. 2500kbps is low bandwidth and will almost certainly be poor quality. Higher quality means larger files.

Game capture is a windows-only feature.
