Can you explain me one reason why I always have audio lag (latency) in my streaming?

Power Supply: Cooler Master V1000

If you watch the above video carefully, the longer you watch it, the worst the lipsync will get. I don't know what is wrong with this. It's just a camera streaming, imagine how worse things get when I play games. Take a look on this streaming. Full of lag:

Also my PC sounds like it's been "pushing itself" to the limit at certain tasks.
Does the AMD CPU has issues? Does it need better cooling? I use a big cooler and 2 fans inside, but I have to notice that the cooler is very hot when I touch it. I've even tried with the Tower's cover in or out of place and had the same results.

Any ideas?

Try setting the scene buffering time to 700 and set the webcam as a global source.

No, Scene Buffering Time in Advanced settings.

Ok I've set it to 0 and will retry next time. Also, I've set all cameras and images to Global Sources.

Finally, I had my streaming sound cut for a 2nd time while I was...just playing! Look this video at the end. This costs me viewers! Any idea what's going on here? I never had issues with sound being cut, while I use a Blue Yeti.

No, set Scene Buffering Time to 700, not 0.

I've set Scene Buffering to 700 for my last 20 streamings.

I've upgraded my PC to the following:
