Question / Help Lag in OBS

Why I go to record (Local Only) the performance on my game is fine, but the image on OBS is low FPS and the output is the same, low FPS.

You have a CPU with only two physical cores, which is going to prevent you from streaming higher resolutions (which you're using)

I would recommend using 1.25 downscale at least, maybe even 1.5, and see if that helps at all. You'll have less pixel density, but it should reduce CPU usage and make the stream run a bit more smooth.
