Question / Help Lag and trouble buffering

Hi guys,

I have OBS since 1 day and I am quite newbie in this. However, I believe I got the hang of the basics of this system.

When I want to test stream it works well. Everything works fast and all. However, when I want to live stream via Twitch I have a lag of 20-30 seconds (which I believe also filled in in my 'settings') and it has to buffer a lot and that is really annoying.

I did the whole setup as this website proposes: http://help.twitch.tv/customer/portal/articles/1262922-open-broadcaster-software

Is there something I can change on the settings to have less buffering and maybe a little bit less lag so it is more 'live'?

Small detail:
I live in Thailand at the moment - so Internet is maybe not always stable (I have 30MB but I have the feeling it 'swings' a bit)

Hope anyone can help me out to optimal this thing! Thanks a lot guys!

Cheers!

System is like this.

You have to give us a logfile from your current obs settings. And you have to give us your normal download and upload speed. You could check youe internet connection. If you use speedtest. Which you find, if you search over google

Thanks for response. Please, find attached the logs and Internet speed results. I have made it especially for Thailand, even my server is correct (True Internet).

I don't have much and I saw some on the website by analyzing it that I may use JTVPing?

Thanks for your help :)

Hi,

I have used JTVping and set it to Seoul, Korea.
I also have lowered the Bitrate to 1500 instead of 3300 and downscaled my resolution from 1366x768 to 682x384.

It works a bit better but still a lot of lag. Maybe it is just my connection that is so instable. Some other stream programs are also difficult to use so and OBS is I believe quite a heavy program.
