Right-click a scene, click "Filters", and add a "Move Source" filter. In the filter settings select the source you want to move and set the coordinates, rotation, and zoom where you want it to start. Set the duration to 10ms. Add another "Move Source" filter, select the same source, and set the location, rotation, and zoom for where you want it to end. Set the duration for how long you want the move to take.
On the first filter set the trigger to "Deactivate" so the source will re-locate itself to its starting position when you exit the scene where it's used. That's like a reset so it's ready to go the next time you open that scene. Then set the trigger for the second filter to "Activate" so it will start the move when you open that scene. If you don't want the move to start when you open the scene, you could set a hot-key to start the move instead.
