Bug Report Keep getting this after i installed a frssh copy of windows :/

Make sure you've installed the latest video drivers. The crash is in NVENC so switching encode method will work around it.

All my drivers and bios settings and all is all up to date. I get it on both :/

x264
and
nvidia NVENC

You won't get the same crash on x264 since it doesn't use NVENC. If you do, post a new crash log.
