Question / Help Keep getting disconnected every 10 minutes

I am getting disconnected every 10 min than program reconnect any idea what is going on?

I read all and i contact ISP it must be something other than this...

Your connection is unstable as shown by your full buffer that cannot be sent. Streaming requires a 100% stable connection. If you're sure you've tried all the advice in the thread above, then you need to get in touch with your ISP. Just because normal browsing is working fine doesn't mean your connection is fine. Even the tiniest drop out for a second or two is enough to disconnect a stream.
