Keep Disconnecting and Reconnecting from Facebook

Out of the blue, I keep disconnecting and reconnecting with my Facebook gaming page. I was fine up until Saturday with no issues. I provided my log file below for some guidance. Is this an ISP issue or Facebook issue? I have exhausted all other options in making sure network and router firmware is up to date.

1. don't record to MP4.. just don't.. lots of explanations here and elsewhere as to why, so I won't repeat. This will be my only reply if you insist on sticking with recording to MP4

so maybe the PoS plugin causing your issue? I streamed to Facebook on Sunday for over an hour with no issue

3. An OBS log does not (and shouldn't) do real-time monitoring of your Operating System, local network or ISP.
From the disconnect message in the OBS log, I'd guess either a network issue (could be LAN or ISP), or that $%@!# plugin interfering
