Just trying to figure out why my streams keep crashing.

Just trying to figure out why my streams keep crashing I've included the error messages and the only log file I can find there was not a crash report.

Streams are running on a dedicated windows machine nothing but the three streams are running. I have tailored all bandwidth as much as I could. CPU is running around 30% GPU runs around 60%.

Thanks.

I'm currently working on the new power edge 740 server (40 cores and a way better GPU) to run these streams and that's going to bring CPU down to around 8% and GPU probably 25 to 30% Max.

But I don't even know if that's the issue at this point that's why trying to figure this out before I implement the new system.

Well I don't know how to troubleshoot these crashes then. there's nothing in crashes folder.

This log is from a couple days ago it didn't crash until this afternoon.

the messages you provided are not crashes. Provide the session log from the regular logs folder instead.

Help > Log Files > Show Log Files. The date and time in the file name is from when OBS was opened.

A crash is the situation OBS terminates itself unexpectedly. In this case, the dying OBS is writing a crash log into the crashes log folder with a report what thread/function made OBS terminate.
If OBS just stops whatever it is supposed to do, but it's still running with its main window available, it's not a crash.

Your case is not a crash. It's "OBS terminating my stream unexpectedly" instead.

Yes OBS completely stopped these were the only messages that were there.

And you can ask me whatever you need to I've been an IT guy for 33 years. I've been streaming live streams for 12 years. I'm just recently switching over to OBS and getting off of CamStreamer, for better quality stream and more control.

the log shows the most likely situation is that you're actually having connection issues to youtube.
ok, I am trying to get more bandwidth, but COX only has 20 up, I have been trying to get more for many years. I live in San Diego and pay a lot for a business connection with eight IP's you would think I could get more than 20 up.

can you show me where you are looking in the log and what you see so I can keep an eye on this? what log and line number? etc.

And like I said I've been doing this a long time I have really worked hard to get the compression right on the cameras to keep the stream bit rate as low as possible and still maintaining some quality. I keep it at 30 frames a second etc. I really have to work hard to balance quality with only having twenty megs up. Just one camera wants to put out 50 megs a second at 30 frames a second I can't imagine that would be a lot more 60 frames. I would love to stream at 60 Hertz frames a second etc but there's no way I'm dropping streams several times a day now since I switched to OBS. Camstreamer never dropped the stream once but the quality is not as good.

COX is know to have permanent issues with streaming.
This error shows an issue on the network. Could be anywhere from your computer to the ISP. Bad driver, bad cable, bad router/modem, bad cables / routers on the ISP side or bad configuration (routers, switchs, DNS's, etc.) on the ISP side.

That's a little bit old there I switched that stream over to HLS but yes thank you i see where.

And no cable issues here I do cabling for a living everything is overkill here on my patch kudos and all the wiring ran is cat eight. I have Cisco switches, 10gb network cards, etc... I'm on top of all that.

Yeah I'm just pushing the limit with 20 up.
