Hello I am just starting to stream paragon and my stream is very pixelated. I tried downscaling 2x and running 30 fps and that didn't seem to help. I have roughly 4 Mbps upload speed and my computer is running: AMD FX 6300 ~ 4.1GHz, 16Gb of Ram and an AMD Raedon R9 380 Series GPU. Is it my computer or my internet that is making this happen? Thanks.
