Question / Help jtvping question

Hi guys, I am not sure if this goes here but I was wondering what twitch server I should use. I know having a balance of jitter and avg ping is important but I found out my results are very odd. As you see in the attachment I get the lowest avg ping to the Dallas,TX server but it has a lot of jitter. In the other hand, I see that the Chicago, Il has the lowest jitter but almost twice as much avg ping.
I having trouble deciding which would be best for me to use, or should I just try both of them?

JTVPing is only a rule of thumb. You should stream to whatever server you get the best connection to, and all JTVPing will tell you is what servers you are most likely to have a good connection to. The only way to tell if you have a good connection is to actually try streaming to it and see how it goes.
