Question / Help Jittery Gameplay

Limit your CS:GO frame rate, with vsync or fps_max or whatever. Something close to your monitor's refresh rate would be ideal. Letting the game run uncapped is a good way to ensure that either your CPU or GPU is maxed out, which when running OBS at the same time can cause performance issues in both.
 
Thank you, I haven't got around to trying to record yet, but I've capped off at 76 (my monitor is overclocked to 75).
