Question / Help java(tm) platform SE binary has stopped working

whenever I try to stream or record, even preview stream doing minecraft I get the message java(tm) platform SE binary has stopped working with the description in the pop up "a problem caused the program to stop working correctly windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available" never been notified and its done that since may when ive downloaded it so please help id really like to be able to record and stream minecraft

Are you running OBS as administrator?
