Question / Help its like a rant and suggestion

got my hands on a AMD Fury X thanks to guys at local PC repair shop lending it to me to test my theory. but it appears that something broken somewhere. yes it does far better than my R7-370 or iGPU at same settings and tasks however, still hit/miss ratio meaning alot of frame desyncing it seems capturing 30fps then 60fps then 30 then 60 again back and forth creating shutter. i enabled frame rate control at 60, and 30 and turned it off to test all of that, set game sync up to 30 and 60 to test that, matched and mismatched them both and all same.. so no my input causing that.

this was on a clean reinstall of graphics drivers and chipset drivers. my CPU isnt maxing out on most of my tests (apart from GTA 5 being a hopped up meth addict to my CPU, all over usage scale). soo... not sure wat to make of it, i would assumed if my CPU was slow down here, it would at least max out or run much higher workload attempting to compensate. tomorrow they let me back in shop to test it out using a testbench with a skylake i7.. they just closing early today and nice manager gave me fury X to test with promise ill return it within a couple days, since me and him are solid i guess he didnt fear imma run off with it. i guess what you get with you look good...or just fairly attractive female that's into tech..or maybe its my boobs..maybe my cute italian accent? i have ADHD and this sammich i haven't made yet is calling.. brb..maybe.

So what you're writing might make sense to you but until I see a fresh log (restart OBS and stream or record for 5 minutes), I dont know what to tell you because you're not really making a whole lot of sense.

D: :(

should i use my personal build setup ? pretty much same results just shutters much harder...so if anything probably more numbers. ill do it in a bit, making then eating dinner

Just copy and paste the link here

well here i did it this way because i like being difficult, should i test with my slower GPU? ..oh also that vce is probably too slow happens often with window capture..makes sense since not good at real time. and this is with my iGPU being fed 2GB of main system memory(reserved in bios) :

my log work?
does it not work?
lets figure this puzzle out :D
please slow yourself. 1080@60 has some sort of artificial limitation in software. try changing the VCE preset to balanced or even speed then constrained QP. both those options are under the VCE encoder settings.

sorry, im excitable:
i tested 1080P 30FPS with literally same results. and its set to constrained QP as its least blocky video.
and balanced gives me same as quality settings just shutter in output, and speed works..but very blocky.. maybe suggestions to ticker with or change under speed or balanced?

mehh.. so..been meaning to also ask...

VCE 2.0 / 1.2 watever u wish to call it now supports I/P/B frames and is little faster... can this be better explained and example with VCE OBS?
im buying (stupid i know but decided go with it) another A10 APU. this time a A10-7890K just arrived local store in limited quantity they only got 25 in stock and ordered 100 like they do for every cpu at once. but my friend giving me his 30% discount..so yay...still alot tho..
it also has a new wraith cooler included...getting it in a couple days, because they still building out there...stuff...so..anyway..

but back to VCE settings. couple questions.....
1. explains what I/P/B frames are and how it best utilized to capture via APU / GPU. maybe whats good whats bad..?
2. am i stuck on game capture via dedicated GPU and window capture being my only option for APU to capture?.

2a. or is there a clever trick to force my APU to capture game and dedicated GPU to just play it.

also..im so effing lucky..i been having these bad days recently with my health, so something really made my day other day, i goT for free a pair of 250GB samsung evo SSDs. noticed someone tossing a computer out and left it next to garbage in snow and sleet... so did a quick look inside..score!.. let them dry in my bathroom on radiator for a bit..they totally work.. after let them dry a night or two.. wooo. also somehow with being sick and not knowing best english, i scored a date, but i blame my pet fox, was walking her the other day in park near my place. and she always interested in playing with new people.. ..or just yipping at them but usually playing like trying to crawl on them or walking back and forth like a moron... so ya.. she was jumping on em....another score=^ . ^=
