Question / Help It tends to buffer for my viewers.

Hello,
For some strange reason, no matter what i do, my viewers is getting a buffer time, often s:

When i look into the log its says : Bad server selected?
i don't understand ? with the JVTPing program it detects EU: prague Cz as the best server? 15ms ? i have 100/100 mb connection...

I only run 2000 Bitrate and it still buffer alot for people s:

you didn't copy the log location in your previous psot so I have no clue, but typically no, log analyzers sometimes gives false positives since everything you do from when you start OBS to close, is logged in there.

Either way, besides lowering the bitrate for those viewers, there really isn't anything that can be done to fix this.

Max bitrate : 2000. BufferSize : 2000? It is that already
and already set Resolution Downscale to : 1280x720. o.o
And Cpu preset? its on Nvidia Nvenc Atm ^^ it seemed to have helped a bit

so yes, every change you made in that session of OBS was in there and I only read the first few lines and those showed x264 1080 2000/2200 bitrate/buffer.

Just note, that unless you plan on dropping the bitrate/buffer until your viewers are happy, that is pretty much all you can do, in the end, its about them, not quality of stream when your viewer are buffering :)
 
I know that x264 Is for the better ^^
But Doesn't NVENC use GPU power Instead of cpu ? I only have 4 core 3.4GHz?
Does it have any effect on the buffering what i use of them ?

not buffering, just your CPU usage could cause dropped frames, pretty different actually. 720@30 should be very reasonable for your CPU even with game running
 
Great then i'll put it back to x264 ^^
But the Custom settings is 1920x1080 aratio : 16:9
And Resolution downscale is set to 1280x720p ?
Then the stream is 720p right ?
