Hey, First of all i apologize because i know this is a topic that has been talked about a lot but no matter how much searching i do i can not fix my problem. My stream is fine the quality is good and the sound is all in sync. The problem i am having is after a few hours of streaming my webcam video ends up being out of sync with everything else. The audio and game footage all stays in sync it's just the webcam video that goes out (i think). My webcam is a Logitech C920 and i can post a log of my latest stream if needed when i get back from work tonight, I really could do with find a fix for this if possible because it's been getting on my nerves for a week now and i can not seem to fix it. Thanks for you help in advance.

make sure the hub that your c920 is connected to doesn't go into a sleep state. I'm tired at the moment or else I'd walk you through it but basically device manager and view by connection then finding your cam and the hub that connects it internally. click properties and power settings? and unselect allow it to go to sleep. well nvm, I guess I was able to :) gl

Ok thanks pal. I will give that a go and see if it helps. I hope it does, its been getting on my nerves for to long now. Thanks again.

Right, I tried deselecting allow sleep mode on the USB hub and that did not help, I have just been streaming and after a few hours my voice is out of sync with the webcam and the game, I have tried numerous things but can't seem to put my finger on the reason it goes out of sync. an anybody try to help me solve this issue. Thanks

Here the log from my latest stream.

The setup videos I've watched says to use default settings when setting up the cam. like all default. Is what you are doing? Just curious. about the mic sync, right down the offset you are using and reset it to sync with current settings.

Nothing seems to work. The only way i can manage to keep everything in time is to keep deselecting the elgato and webcam and then re selecting and that keeps everything in sync but it is very off putting while trying to stream. Don't know what else to do.

just a thought, try raising the scene buffering time a hair. Maybe 1000ms or 1500

Yea i am streaming early today so going to do that now and then give it a test later on. I'm hoping this fixes my problem. Thanks for your help as well pal.

Just finished streaming. It didn't seem as bad at first then after 3 hours it started going out of sync. I'm just going to keep looking for a solution.
