Question / Help Issue's with local recording (Playback Quality)

Ok, So I made a little video to try and illustrate the problem I'm having, Hopefully it explains it well enough and you can see for yourself the problem I seem to be encountering which essentially is that the playback is not in High Definition.
The video runs over the settings I am using in OBS and a point I neglected to make was that the sample clips I used to illustrate the quality were made using the "Game Capture" source.

As I said In the video I've recorded other videos - as you can see on my channel in HD without much issue so I don't know If i'm just having unrealistic expectations or what haha. Either way any advice would be appreciated. I haven't tried live streaming yet as I work off a wireless adapter and previous attempts have seen fit to tell me that my connection is less then stable - So whether or not this setup works perfectly for live streaming as opposed to Local recording is unknown to me.

Thanks in advance for anyone that can shed some light on this issue for me :)

As a further note I've also tried the settings from > https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/how-to-make-high-quality-local-recordings.16/
This doesn't seem to improve much of anything, the file size changes based on varying degree's of bitrate and crf custom setting but I can't see much difference in the actually playback quality regardless of what player I use it in.
I usually use DxTory, but I thought I would try this out as it seemed to keep the files relatively small. So I was hoping to find a happy medium with 720p quality at a reduced Raw file size. Dxtory leaves me with huge files requiring rendering which is time consuming to say the least. The file size's from OBS are literally a fraction of that even on the more CPU intensive settings (from what I've tried) so I'd be able to record and just upload cutting out the middle man of rendering. I just need to figure out how to ensure the quality.

So I've gone back and reset everything to default and used what was on the original thread for best quality and I think its better now although I feel I've been staring at this for too long and I might be seeing faults where there aren't any. I think I need a break haha. Thanks anyway. I'll try again in awhile and if I still feel its coming up sub par I'll let you know.
