My hardware:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4690K
Asus R9 290X (4Gb)
16Gb Ram
Dual monitor (Benq xl2411z 1920x1080 + Hp w2228h 1680x1050)
850W Power Supply
I also have 2 SSD and one HDD, counter strike is installed on my HDD, should I change it to my SSD?
My in-game video options are all set to low, with that I can play with 300 fps +/-, when I turn on the stream they drop between 90/120. Although its good, it doesn't feel smooth, when I move my mouse it feels very rough and it lags.
I've read something about the logs but I don't know how I use them here. I've tried so many settings already. Thx in advance for your help.
The issue extends to other games like dota2
