Question / Help Issues With Consistent Frame Drops & Poor Connection

Hey everyone,

New to posting on these forums so bare with me here. Recently had a windows update and since then streaming has been essentially impossible. I can't immediately tell if this is
A. OBS
B. My Computer
C. My ISP/Router
But I have my suspicions it has something to do with the Windows Update conflicting with my Router perhaps.
However, I want to rule out that this is NOT an OBS issue. Posting my log, let me know if any of you can see anything out of the ordinary.
Previous to the update I did an 8hr stream with no dropped frames whatsoever and haven't changed any settings so I WAS able to capably stream at 3000 kbps with no issues. My speeds have also been checked numerous times and I have consistent 300 mbps download and 5 mbps - 10 mbps upload typically. I also did an hour long twitch inspector test and found no immediate help there either, said my setup was fine but there was major spikes consistently happening.

This is: your network card or drivers, your local cabling, your local network/router, or your ISP. OBS cannot tell which.

You can also run TwitchTest to help you choose the best ingest server.

Thanks for the reply

Some things I can rule out are servers as I have already done testing on that previous to this post as you have suggested.

I am going to try to troubleshoot some of those other options...my guess to windows update is it is probably network drivers?
