Hi Guys,

Having as issue with SubAlert.

Not sure when it started, but doing some tests confirmed it today.

I am running Windows 8.1 Pro, 64bit
OBS 0.64b

Problem:
When a subalert notification comes up, nothing appears in OBS.

I did disable chroma key, and I do see the green bar. which means the window is being captured.

Any tips/help are appreciated.

I use SubAlert and OBS too and have this problem. The fix is odd but simple.

First, always open SubAlert and click Start before you even open OBS. Now open OBS and double-click the Source that you have in OBS for SubAlert, make sure it's set to broadcast the MainAlert window, and click okay. That's it, it should now work. I have to do this every single time I stream, if I don't then SubAlert won't work. Don't ask me why, it's weird and a little annoying but there you go :)

Test that SubAlert is working by Previewing your stream in OBS, then in SubAlert after you've clicked Start go to Show Session Log, and at the bottom click TEST: Followers (or whichever alert you want to test). It should show up now on your Preview in OBS.
