Question / Help Issue with Streaming BF Hardline "window issues"

Hey Everyone!

I am attempting to stream BF Hardline which runs in a browser window/tab. I am currently using Google Chrome for browser.

When trying to stream I have a window capture for Twitch Chat which is blacked out and chroma keyed to show in stream. And I have the Twitch Alert Widget also in window capture. Because BF Hardlines runs in a window/tab it has conflicting issues with the other windows. Like during the stream it will not blend well with the background it has a weird mirrored effect or does't look well on stream. (you can definitely see on stream that you have other window captures running)

Is there any way to fix this, I believe I have had this problem with other games too like RUST.

this is the VOD to better describe what OBS is showing.

Go to the 1:24 mark. The top is the Twitch Alert Box and the Right is supposed to be the Twitch Chat under the webcam.
This should better describe what I am trying to fix and I think alot of other streamers are dealing with.
