So the vod from zabsko is yours? That looked pretty okay to me, especially for the bitrate used.
You can try the different downscale filters, see if one looks better (you are currently probably on lanczos?!). Or, but thats a question if your CPU can do it, increase the compression, going from the veryfast preset to faster and see if that works fine for you, then test fast. And haul back if your game starts to lag or the cpu cant keep up.

Yes.
Im zabsko!
I've changed the preset to faster and nothing chanes tbh.. i cant notice it.
Well.
I've talked with this guy http://www.twitch.tv/qairo/b/570395037
He has same settings as me, just compare my vid and his vid.. His icons looks much better than mine. Well maybe its issue with upload or something? When im prewieving in fullscreen my streeam it looks fine but not on twitch.
I'm on 1920x1080 scalling to 1280x720
Any ideas or should i stay and stream like i was streaming?

I really dont see a big difference between the two vods, his interface is bigger though, which will always look a bit better.

well obviously if the other guy is also streaming 720p30 and you are trying to stream 720p60 you have to fill double the frames with the same bitrate which might result into a worse quality

but tbh ... the yt vid looks worse than your vod but im almost certain that this is caused by tre surrounding area
