Question / Help Issue with getting visuals while trying to stream SNES from the original console.

Currently I have been trying to get my snes to appear in OBS. I have successfully attained visuals and sound for all my HD consoles such as xbox 360 and ps3. Currently I am using an elgato capture card and I am able to get the snes to appear on there built in software called Game capture HD. In there software I am getting visuals and sound. When switching over to OBS I am getting a no signal image or sound. I am completely closing out of the elgato software so there is no overlap and chance for that to cause the error.
I dont know what information you may need from me but a few things. I Have an upload speed of 11mbs and have my quality set to 10. The video section of OBS is set to 1280x720. Any help is greatly appreciate and any other information that is required please let me know.

This may indeed be a bug with OBS. It will eventually be fixed but it has to be delayed for the rewrite.
