Your log doesn't include a session where you're streaming...can you get a log from a time where you were streaming?

According to that log, you're not dropping frames, but you have quite a lot of duplicate and lagged frames. This is mostly due to your encoding settings being too high for your dual core CPU. You will need to downscale your resolution to 360p, change your x264 preset to ultrafast, and possibly lower your frame rate to 25fps, and see if that helps.

He was suggesting it just as a possible way to reduce CPU usage. It was just a suggestion. I personally don't like 25 because it's uneven.

With that system, I doubt it worked flawlessly. You probably just didn't notice its poor performance. Your hardware is extremely weak.

Yeah, your CPU is very weak for livestreaming at anything over 360p (640x360)
As dodgepong suggested, change your preset to ultrafast, and lower your output resolution to 360p and try that. (don't neccessarily need to lower to 25fps)
