Harold Active Member Apr 12, 2016 #3 The problem likely isn't OBS, but instead the media player you're using to test your recordings. Try with VLC.

Harold Active Member Apr 12, 2016 #5 Windows media player has a 15+ year history of bad media format support. Microsoft renaming it to "Films and TV" doesn't help that history.
