I hope I do not confuse anyone with my explanation. I did my best to word this as best as I could, because it's tough to explain.
Now as most of us know, there are major syncing issues regarding the Elgato products. Personally, I have been using the HD60 for the last 4 months, and never have I gotten all my devices (Capture Card, Microphone, Facecam, Desktop Audio) to all to be in perfect sync..
Now I have no idea if this has ever been posted before, but I don't think Elgato is to blame here, rather, it is OBS itself.
Now, I've been testing tonight for the past couple of hours(and many other nightls like this in the past), and I swear, I know what is preventing everything to sync.
This is what I have in sync at the moment:
Facecam, Microphone, Desktop Audio.
Elgato Video and Audio (Both in sync).
*There is no sort of delay in my settings
Now here is the possible problem and fault.

What should now be happening (if the desktop audio (only) was to get in sync with the Elgato), is that I set a microphone delay AND a Facecam video delay so that everything can be in sync. Am I correct?
So I ask you now, can this be the reason why us Elgato/OBS streamers cannot get our streams in sync? Because from the looks of it, this is the real problem.
I will try to post this same post in the OBS forums aswell, and see what some OBS devs have to say about this issue.
