Hello, I'm kind a nooby and I'm quite sure that many had ask the same quation that I am going to ask.
Is my fps(frame rate right?) drop is normal?
I was trying to record a game, Heroes of the Storm and the usual fps with out recording was about 37?-60(some time over 80)
but while i start recording(just recording no streaming) the fps drops to 20-29? (in worst case it goes down to 10).
I know the fps goes down while recording but the way I look at it, it goes way too down.

My system CPU is Intel Core i7-5820K
RAM is 16.0GB(2x8GB)
and the GPU is a GTX 980 (Asus STRIX)
and the game is runs on the main SSD drive and the OBS is installed on the HDD(record outcome goes to the HDD as well.

I even uninstalled the OBS and down loaded the new version.(kind a changed of layers i can say.)

I would be very appreciate someone could give me an answer to this, thank you.

That sounds like terrible performance for your hardware, Heroes of the Storm is not exactly a demanding game and your 5820K/GTX980 should be pushing way more frames than 30-60. OBS seems to be detecting only...2GB of RAM?

Yeah, OBS Studio seems to only detect 2GB of memory in recent logs I've seen posted here in the wrong forum for Studio threads. Kappa

Sorry about the late respond, been a bit sick lately.
Found out there was a 64-bit one.(some how the short cut gives me the 32-bit)
After that it feels(?) a bit better then the last time but not so sure.
Thanks for pointing there's a 64-bit version.
