Question / Help Is this fixable??

So my main monitor is 1920x1080 , i set the Base Resolution at 1280x720 and the downscale at 1.50 (852x480) .
Then when i open a game , league of legends to be specific , and play at 1280x720 it's all good but the analysis is annoying. So when i try to set it at 1920x1080 the game looks like it's zoomed in and hide lots in game images and stuffs, can i do smth about that?

Yes and the game goes at the top left and i have some black lines at the bottom and right of the screen.
 
Well i set the base resolution at 1920x1080 and then i press edit scene and drag it down to full screen and all seems to work fine.. tnx for your attention and your help.
 
ahh okay. Yea no problem :) I didn't get any replies in 24hours so... I know how it feels xD Just wanted to help. Do you maybe know how to fix the ping problem while recording?
 
Hmm. i also have some problems with the ping but i think but lower your max bitrate and your base resolution. And ofc by choosing the closest FMS URL to you.
