Question / Help Is this best i can get from 1 mb/s Upload

Hi guys anyway last two days i was trying to make most optimal settings for 1 mb/s upload speed
i was playing dungeon fighter online and i am wondering if this is best i can get?

settings i used :
max bitrate :833
buffer size :500
cbr actived

video : graphic card AMD HD 5450 1GB
1280x720 (scaled to 1.5 852x480)
fps: 25
aero ON
CFR on
x264 cpu preset : very fast
encoding profile : main
keyframe :2
buffering :700


i dont have best pc i have around 4gb of ram and my cpu is intel pentium e6700 2m cache 3.20ghz

so like i said is this best i can get with 1 mb/s upload speed?

Uncheck use custom buffer. aync buffer synce are either bad quality or overshoot max bitrate which neither are good in your situation. Leave scene buffering alone, that is set fine. second, what is your audio bitrate set to? I would set it to no more than 96kbps (64kbps might be best, then you can use the leftover bitrate to put into max bitrate(which is video bitrate only).

i totaly forgot audio settings :S
they are : codec : AAC Format : 44,1khz
Bitrate : 64 stereo

No thats fine, dont go any lower. was 44.1KHz the original audio format or did you lower that? you want this setting to match what your speakers are giving out or else OBS has to reencode the audio to a different format which will cause higher CPU usage.
