Question / Help Is my stream smooth ?

Hello i am streaming LoL and i would like you to check in my stream and look if its good or not !

Right now i am haveing 720p 50fps buffer 3000 and quality 10

Well when i checked it out, it was smooth but you were only in the menu of League of Legends so i can't tell until you go in game etc.

Well i'm viewing this on my mums okayish laptop and it seems very smooth(My mums laptop is not the best) one thing that you could do is, in the video settings of League of Legends set the video mode to borderless. It will stop the flicker on your stream in game.
