i think my video card is not good enough its an NVIDIA GeForce GT 220 so should i get a better one

The GT 220 is pretty terrible, but if the rest of your system is terrible too then upgrading only the video card probably isn't a worthwhile investment.

everything else is really good but my better video card broke so im useing this one witch was my old one so should i get another 1

Yes, but as sapiens mentioned, you might want to tell us your complete specs so we can tell if you also need a new Processor.
