Question / Help Is it possible to upscale a stream to 720p

Thanks for looking , I am new to streaming but I have an issue and that is my monitor is 1280x1024 resolution.

I wanted to know if there was anyway to stream at 720p instead, somehow upscale the picture? without having to buy a new monitor.

You can just set your monitor resolution to 1280x720, but you'll have large horizontal bars on the top and bottom.
