Question / Help Is it possible to record higher settings than streaming?

I often stream games at 720p 3500kb/s upload speed, but i would also like to be able to record my gameplay at Full HD 1080p with ~25000kb/s bitrate. is that anyway possible?
 
While you are streaming ? Then you need to start both 32bit and 64bit versions at the same time and set up on one stream settings on second recording settings but your CPU usage will go way up. But you can always ONLY record local files at 25000kb/s. I'm doing that instead Fraps and other softwares lately due to less cpu usage when I'm not streaming.
