Question / Help Is it possible to record a phone screen by adding phone in OBS?

I'm wondering is it possible to add a phone to recording source or streaming source so i can actually record my games from my phone without using ProjectMyScreen and USB cable ? I have Nokia Lumia 1520.

Not natively, no. I'm sure there are ways it "could be done" but again, natively, no.
I also have a 1520 but haven't played with the options to do what you are asking
 
I have a laptop. Can i use ProjectMyScreen with USB cable and record that region and get good quality ?
 
Good quality will be the trick there. It's doubtful depending on how the scaling comes through.

And there are usb 2.0 and 3.0 (we recommend using usb 3.0 if you must go usb) capture cards out there.
