Question / Help Is it possible to broadcast from a scene but record from just 1 source?

I'd like to make more YouTube content from my recorded footage but without all the extra on-screen mess that generally goes with streaming.

As the title asks, would it be possible to record to file from a single clean source (eg game capture) rather than the whole scene while still broadcasting the whole scene?
