Question / Help iRacing won't show moving video (only sound & SOME changes in video)

So, what happen:.
CS GO and other games are working fine..

Sometimes, the menu's will stream fine... but the racing not at all.. (check example)

That's bad right....
It also happen with Xsplit.....
Is this game really that annoying? I don't understand.

Looks like it MAY be an nvidia driver issue based on the time it takes to render each frame and stuff like

21:41:49: | GPU download and conversion - [88.9%] [avg time: 78.066 ms] [children: 0.254%] [unaccounted: 88.6%]

and

23:10:05: | GPU download and conversion - [83.9%] [avg time: 114.127 ms] [children: 0.0904%] [unaccounted: 83.8%]

Thanks for helping. I actually hope it is a Nvidia issue, because that will be fixed I guess. Other people online are streaming fine, but I don't know their setup and driver versions off course.

Does anyone knows if this is actuall happen because of the Nvidia drivers, or maybe having other suggestions?
It's kinda weird, because every other game could stream fine.

Recording the game in full quality by Fraps, is doing well. Could be a 100 GB+ file for 20 mins.

Thanks for helping me out! It's working now.. I'm now using some old Windows 10 drivers :)
