Bug Report iRacing + OBS ALT TAB crash

So I've been using OBS recently and it's a great piece of software, I love it! :)

Until I was trying iRacing, using the preview stream option everything appears normal.

I click "start streaming" button, use ALT TAB to open the game up and OBS crashes, it was working fine before, so I don't know what I've done to break it but any help would be appreciated!

Running Win 7x64

Hi Jim,

Thanks for the reply, I did try the test build but yes unfortunately it still seemed to be the same, and yes it seems to happen every time.

Also I should have been more clearer with the exact procedure for the crash:

I load up OBS
Then load iracing
I then use alt+tab to get back out to desktop to make sure the stream is recording, but the crash occurs when alt+tabbing back into the iracing service.

I'm getting hold of a second monitor so hopefully that should help for now, but just thought I would report it.

I know this is an old post, but I have tried to do the same thing, and it crashes for me too. I'm recording, not streaming, but it's basically the same. If I use the Game Capture source, then as soon as I AltTab back into iRacing, the game crashes. When I try Monitor, when I go into iRacing, the screen is black with just audio until I come back out of the game, then the picture comes back too. I'm very confused and wish this could be fixed, because this was the main reason I tried out this product.
